it was a long winter and I stayed at the hospital one night and other times wondered if I would again. Below zero temps, alot of snow and wondering if it’d melt. The ducks n geese struggled but fought and we made it through. It reminded me a lot to pray as times I struggled because I wanted out. But Jesus carried me through
So I gotta tell you, there IS life after Facebook, and it’s actually pretty nice! I knew in my heart that I needed to go, but it took me awhile. Everyone is different! For me, I needed a break and spending extra time with the family has been well worth it. I am finding that I am adjusting much better than I even thought I would. More on this at another time 🙂
It’s a new day!
For the past week or so I keep thinking about day one of my blog and how it will go. It’s not really going as I thought it would, yet. I think it’s because I don’t know a thing about web design, and I had to wait semi patiently for Matthew to put this together so I could write and I had plans before lol. That’s life though; right when we think we have it planned something comes up. I saw this verse today that is really helping me put all things into perspective;
“Give praise to the LORD, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done. Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts. Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice” Psalm 105: 1-3
As this is a week full of changes for me, I am going praise Him and tell others what He has done!
