I heard this song the other day and it hit me hard! How many times have I said I was “fine” when I wasn’t or even “Ok” when I was not ok. I am so thankful that the love Jesus has for me won’t change when I am open and tell the truth when I am hurting or even really do not want to share. When we are broken and hurting, Jesus is there!

Yesterday Matthew and I celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary and we reflected on how Jesus had indeed healed our marriage and strengthened it. We’re so thankful that Jesus loves us and you too, and He heals out hurting and broken hearts!

You can thrive wherever you are and whatever you are doing. Joseph prospered while he was a slave. Then he flourished while in prison. Then he was a great success at ruling Egypt. If God put you there, work hard, and keep a positive attitude. It will lead to your promotion or something better. Your attitude at work directly reflects on the God you serve. So be faithful in what God has given you. Work hard at it, for there will be a reward in due season.
Pray:
Heavenly Father, please give me the grace to perform my best. Equip me with the skills that I need and help me make the right decisions today. Please open the next door for me and give me a clear vision. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen!
